BTC market context and breakout-band 7d momentum (free tier: 25 requests per day, rotation cap).

Essential Required before the dashboard opens. Free vendor plans supported.

Settings field: ALPHAVANTAGE_API_KEY · Expected format: Alphanumeric key (often shown as AV... in examples)

Paste the key in Settings → BYOK, click Save keys, and wait for Connected (or Saved for keys that are not probed from the browser).

Alpha Vantage is free for light use. Premium removes the 25 requests/day cap and unlocks premium endpoints.

How to get the key

  1. Request a free API key on the Alpha Vantage support page (email confirmation).
  2. Copy the key from the confirmation email or your account page.
  3. Paste it into Settings → BYOK and save.

Stay within the free daily quota; Kvantrank uses this for a small number of calls per run.
